“What am I doing with my life?!”

“Start where you are.” -Pema Chödrön

I believe that everyone has a few core questions that they encounter multiple times over the course of their lives, and the process of engaging with these core questions can be spiritually invigorating, interesting, and even fun. I believe that figuring out our questions, and then also how to connect to our answers, is both a mental and somatic process.

My clients tend to be people who are navigating big questions about life direction, identity, and what truly matters to them. Many of them are asking themselves the question, “What am I doing with my life?!” I have a speciality in working with people dealing with workplace and career issues and all that comes along with that terrain, as well as creative people looking to connect or reconnect with their artistic practice.

I am a student therapist working under the supervision of Anne Phillips, LMHC.
